In order to be competitive, it is essential for the firm to have the technology knowledge. Thus, information technology plays a role of giving the strategic level people or top management to assist them to create the best way of operating their organization. As well the information system(EIS,OSS etc) provides the communication and analytical power that firms need for conducting trade and managing business. As a result, in todays business environment, information system be seen s strategic system to help an organization to have competitive advantage which brings the profit.
